This journey isn’t about me, but about helping the client. However, in order for me to help others,
one must know that I’ve learned to overcome some of the many obstacles in my life and am now
living a limitless life through Christ. If He can do it for me, He can do it for you!

I’ve been abandoned by a biological parent, betrayed and emotionally abused by a spouse, lost
loved ones, felt unworthy, lost my step-children, attacked by brain cancer, pushed through what had
become a toxic job environment, eventually quit my 25 year career and the list goes on.

I’ve been through some tough trials, but in the midst of all of it all, God has been there. His promises are true and He has never lost a battle.

​

I’m currently on the other side many of these things and am spending my time coaching others on how
to achieve the goals they have for themselves and reaching their full potential with their resources.

Whether it’s one-on-one individual appointments or speaking on stage at churches, women’s conferences
or writing my book, I’m always looking for a way to help take the stigma out of mental health and help
others reach the limitless life they were created for!
